I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit with the PA, Kyoko Price. While she was kind, I felt uncertain about the care I received. I arrived 15 minutes early, but was seen 45 minutes after my scheduled time, even though others were seen within 15 minutes. I went in for pain in my upper back, and she diagnosed it as a rotator cuff issue and suggested an MRI. She wasn’t sure how I could manage the pain or help recovery in the meantime.
When my MRI was rejected by insurance, I decided to proceed with it due to the pain. Unfortunately, the wrong MRI was ordered, only focusing on the shoulder joint and not the area where I was actually experiencing... read full review
Dr berry is the best primary care doctor I've ever had! My wife and I both go to him, and we absolutely love him. He listens to our concerns and never just talks over us. He genuinely cares about hid patients. 5 stars!
I have been going to this office for a few years now. I really appreciate their approach to medicine. I had a really good experience recently where they fit my daughter in when she really needed to be seen. Even thought it was a five minute appointment, Dr Barry was great and didn't make me feel rushed and showed care. We got in, we got out, and my daughter was comfortable with Dr. Barry.
