We like to take YOUR WORRIES out of your flooring projects. There are a lot of decisions that need to be made as you consider choosing the correct floor: color, style, material. It is our job to make this as smooth and easy as possible. From choosing the product, scheduling the install, to completing the install our processes are in place to make this a good overall experience for all. We are one of the only flooring stores that have our own install crews! We do this so we can control schedule and quality. We find that if we have our own in house installers on our projects we know the job is being done right, and can ensure the schedule is being kept. Made my mom cry because they never show up when they say they will, don't get the job done. It's been 12 weeks longer than they said it would be and its Still not done. It also isn't even that great of quality we are making tons of concessions just hoping they will show up and do the work. Not trustworthy, not professional, avoid at all costs.
The name of the company truly fits! I was referred to Russ the owner through my realtor. The price he quoted me was very competitive, he began work exactly when he said he would and finished exactly when he said he would finish. The work was absolutely beautiful!
