“Salon 555 is THE BEST! I have been going here since they opened back in August 2023! All of their staff is super friendly and helpful! They greeted me as soon as I walked in and hooked me up with the best set of nails! They also offer piercings and permanent jewelry, which are addicting..... I have already gotten 2 new piercings and 4 bracelets! You really need to check them out! You will not regret it!

Cleanliness: The salon is always clean and tidy. They have a wonderful client waiting area.

Stylist: My Artist was Kaylee and she is super talented and we spent the whole appointment laughing and joking.“

“Lim Nails is the best nail salon I've been to so far since I moved to Utah in March! I made the mistake of going to a low rated nail salon one Friday afternoon for a pedicure and left in shock of how poorly the lady did my toe nails, and I paid $50 for it! I immediately looked up other salons around the neighborhood and saw Lim Nails with great reviews (I didn't have the guts to tell the lady who did them how bad they looked and I figured she didn't have the skills to fix them anyway). Lim Nails got me in right when I called and redid my toes quickly and with perfection! I also paid less than at the other salon! They looked 1000 times better once I left Lim Nails. I wont be going anywhere else from now on!“

“I’ve only started getting my nails done in the last year so I’m not familiar with many techniques or what to expect but I can tell you why I love Scarlet. She’s warm, friendly, and very helpful. She keeps working with me to try solutions to the problems I get with my nails. When she moved from the salon where I met her to start her own salon, I lost touch with her and tried a couple other places. There was one place where the nail technician did very precise and efficient work but I didn’t want to go back because she was abrupt with me—yelling at me to wash my hands first when I approached her—and she made no attempts at conversation. Scarlet is a nurturing person. I also tried the Skin Science Institute Groupon and found the students there sweet but not very experienced. They also didn’t have a drill for removing my old polish so it took them an extra 40 minutes just to soak it off. I was pleasantly surprised to find when I reconnected with Scarlet, that she doesn’t charge for the gel removal. She has very good baseline prices and when testing a new product on me to see if it’s better—she doesn’t charge any extra. I always feel pampered when I go there.“

“They were great! I did a gel removal and giving me acrylics. The lady who did my nails (I didn’t get her name) was great! Removing my gel, she rotated between soaking in acetone and slowly filing it off my nail. She didn’t get aggressive about picking or forcing it off and kept feeling with her fingers to see where some gel remained.

She also made sure I knew what I was asking for especially before she started cutting lengths and got into the process of acrylics and she REALLY knows how to prep a nail without causing heat or discomfort on your nails. Her control of the acrylic beads was also insane! She was great! My acrylics aren’t super thick and fake looking either!! Still a very natural nail thickness and I still have a natural looking nail curve. I asked for super short acrylics so that’s why they’re this short. I’m sure if you wanted longer ones, she’d do a great job with those too!

You do need an appointment to get in. I heard a few times while I was getting my nails done that people walked in and the shop was busy enough they didn’t have time to take them. Just call to make an appointment. It’s super fast and easy!

Cleanliness: It was a clean spa and she didn’t just re-use the bowl for acetone from a previous client. She got a new one out and when I was done, she moved it away from her station. She also kept vacuuming up the dust from my nails so they didn’t get stuck in the product and cause issues.“

“Let me tell you, it is definitely very hard to find a good nail tech and place, especially one that gives you family vibes and takes care of you. But guess what? We did, we found Aloha Nail and our tech name is Ben, he is amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable, he definitely knows his stuff and he takes great pride in his work: we go monthly now to get a manicure and pedicure and he treats us like family and remembers our names and always make us laugh. I really am happy and excited to be able to have a friend and nail tech in Ben. Every experience with him is smooth and amazing.
