Amazing. I went in right after running 42 miles. A run I hadn't trained for but did it to celebrate my birthday. I "walked" in sore and walked out feeling close to normal. In fact I walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner. 3 days after the run I didn't feel any affects in my legs. I'm certain this was due to the cryotherapy. The owner is really kind and it's a great place. I highly recommend!

I had a Cryotherapy treatment today. Amazing experience! Totally new to me, but Brock walked me through the entire process and the “whys” of doing it. I’ll totally be doing it again.

They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can tell they take great pride in the services they provide and also their customer's satisfaction.
