“Okay people listen up!! I NEVER do reviews but I absolutely had too for this experience!!!! Okay so if you think or your doctor suspects you may suffer from sleep apnea then you’ve GOT to ask for this sleep study center, yes ask for the Advanced Sleep Solutions in Lehi, I don’t care how far it may be from you this is worth it!!! In 2013 I was diagnosed with a sleep apnea, the place I had to do my sleep study at was TOSH Intermountain Healthcare in Murray, let me just tell you I was traumatized by the whole experience, it was cold, very loud, mean people, bad bedside manners and just awful!!! To say I was having serious anxiety knowing I had to do another sleep study fast forward in 2021 is an understatement. I arrived at a beautiful, clean and very quiet (there’s only one technician there, not a whole staff, which was so very nice) facility. The technician greeted me with a warm and calming demeanor, that was exactly what I needed as I was upset and anxiety ridden, she then showed me to my room and OMG it was very welcoming and COZY, I was shocked, happy but also very disappointed that I had suffered that awful experience back in 2013, I had no idea that a sleep study center could be so comfortable and quiet. Not only was the room warm and welcoming, the technician was very very kind and patient with me, I loved that there was only one other patient there (already in their room) which made it very private and again very quiet and really helped calm my nerves. I could probably keep going on about how weirdly wonderful this experience was, all I can say is this place was well worth the drive and I just hope that you read this review, I took the time to post this for you!!!“

My only negative feedback is that they consistently do not address all the questions provided when scheduling an appointment, they typically address the most pressing question and I have to go back for separate appointments if I have multiple concerns.“

“Dr. Carroll has been my PCP for probably 18 years at this point. He’s a solid partner in my healthcare and is always open to discuss care options. He’s compassionate and honest and wants the best for his patients. His sincere concern and empathy has earned my patient loyalty. His MA, Pam, is amazing, considerate, and thorough. All of the staff at the clinic are dependable about getting messages to the doctor and both Dr. Carroll and Dr. Slack have been excellent at returning messages or filling prescriptions within a day or two. When Dr. Carroll has been out of office, I’ve found Dr. Slack to be very receptive and knowledgeable; willing to listen and help. Shelley Ebert, NP is also a fantastic resource and compliments the practice well.“
