The entrance is accessed through what seems to be another business's entrance, so just take that into account when finding it for the first time, or ask for directions when you make your appointment so you don't get lost. I was at first a little surprised by the open floor layout, but appreciate that it keeps things safe for the patient. I also love that they have fun movies playing around most of the machines, and the massage chair room is super relaxing!“

“I made a last minute appointment for a couples massage on a Saturday afternoon and we received AMAZING service and the best massage I personally have ever experienced. The therapist worked my entire back and released all the tension that I've been carrying around. The most amazing area was when she worked the area in my Sciatica, from the pinched nerve in my lower back through my hip and into my thigh she was able to relax 3 months worth of pain and discomfort. “Amazing. I went in right after running 42 miles. A run I hadn't trained for but did it to celebrate my birthday. I "walked" in sore and walked out feeling close to normal. In fact I walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner. 3 days after the run I didn't feel any affects in my legs. I'm certain this was due to the cryotherapy. My only part that I'm not crazy about. Is that a 90 minute massage is really more like 75... I know there's some places approach a 90 minute massage and count the time to get ready and then dressed..etc. Other than that it was a good experience.“
