I tried three other places closer to me first to help replace a baluster. Nobody else could/would help me. I went to Ives and was able to consult and get it replaced. I wish I would’ve gone there first.

Eldon was awesome to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and very proud of his work and craftsmanship. He does quality work for a fair price. Very impressed and pleased with the turned newel posts. Absolutely stunning work! Thank you!
