My desktop gave me the infamous 'Power surge on USB port' message and quit working. Integrated Technology helped me reset the computer with downloading from the cloud, and charged me a bench fee only. He runs the computer repair shop with integrity and honesty. He speaks in a friendly tone also.

Worker was very kind and honest about the condition of my printer. We put in the ink cartridge backwards and couldn't take it out no matter what we did. These guys helped fix it within a day, and then explained how our printer would work afterwards. I appreciated their work, price range, and help! Thank you!!!

Steve saved from at least a couple of days in the dog house. I was working on my wife's office and unplugged her PC by accident. She got home went to turn on the PC and nothing... See has irreplaceable programs installed. Long story short he pulled off and saved everything! Big thanks from me and the dog Steve.
