I was impressed by my first experience at Harmony Fitness Studio! The signup experience was easy, and the instructor greeted me specifically as a first-time student and gave me a tour of their beautiful space. The instructor, Lily, did a great job planning the sequence of exercises, explaining, and demonstrating—it put me at ease and I felt comfortable gradually trying more difficult moves on the aerial hammocks. Definitely would recommend!

Alexis was a great instructor. She made us all feel comfortable and was super patient and willing to walk us through the moves. The pole class was good exercise and the moves were easier to pick up on than I expected.

i’ve been going here for a while I was self taught and felt stuck that I couldn’t accelerate in pole until I took a class here and then Everything got easier for me the Instructors are amazing. It’s such a welcoming feeling every time you walk in the door and everyone becomes family.
