Had a long-time, persisting problem with knocking pipes. Matt C came out and replaced our water pressure regulator. He was very informative the entire time, letting us know what was going on and what options we had. It wasn't cheap, but it's fixed and Matt took the time to "pressure" test the fix (pun intended), making sure it was 100% before he left.
We called Expert Services to get an estimate for some plumbing issues. Matt C was our technician and he answered all my questions patiently and explained how everything should work which I appreciate. He finished the work quickly and making sure we are satisfied. Price was reasonable too. Overall very satisfied.
Matt was amazing and helped replace our aging water heater. He was excellent with communication, answered all of my questions and worked in good faith to give me an affordable quote. What else can one ask for? Would definitely work with him for the next project that comes my way!
