I have been using BASK for several years and have never been disappointed with BASK. However, some of their techs are better than other techs. Some tech have changed my settings which makes it difficult. Yesterday was the BEST techs I have ever had tuning up my computer. They got rid of my small problem and ran several scans. I wouldn't trust my computer with anyone other than BASK. They are very knowledge and know what they are doing. BASK needs to hire everyone to be just like the two techs I had yesterday to do my turn up. I depend on BASK and always recommend them to my friends and family!
