These guys ghosted us. We called a few months after they were supposed to do an appointment but the person who answered said they only had one person and were training another so they couldn’t come out until then. It’s been a year now and still nothing. I’m surprised Google says they’re still open since it seems they’ve gone out of business.

They were amazing to work with, but now I can't get a hold of them. I'm noticing more pests this summer than ever before and they said they would call back but haven't heard from them. We are paying quarterly and they are 2 months late. Strongly considering leaving AXIS. Try to call before joining. Maybe it's just been a bad 2 weeks.Received a call and they are willing to make it right by rescheduling and offering a discount to the service. Waiting for the actual technician to change the review further.Services: Home inspection

We haven’t had very good luck getting ahold of this company. We signed up for their services and said they’d come back In between services if we still saw signs of pests. But when we call they said they were too busy and would call us back. They never did. We called back several times and would just get a machine. Left several messages and no return calls.
