These guys were great! I had tried two other HVAC suppliers and they would only sell parts to licensed contractors. When I contacted Allred's they said they could put me on one of their in-house accounts. They had me bring in my faulty ignitor and had a universal ignitor on hand that worked out perfectly. I'll definitely go back here for future HVAC needs that I'm able to handle myself.

First time at this location! Super clean store - everything is tidy and at its place.Was greeted by two friendly employees while walking in, and asked us what we were looking for, and walked us to where we needed to be. Cashier friendly and hospitable - even offered to ring our transactions into 2 so we can use the coupons we brought!

I am reluctant to give specific information about the service I regularly receive at Allred's, however, they go above and beyond on a regular basis. I went there recently and Deseree provided me with a small manufacturer specific part from the manufacturer's installation kit that I didn't think I stood a chance of finding anywhere. Thanks Deseree!
