These guys are the absolute worst at being on time even though they have a 2 hour window to do so. My lastappointment window required me to be off work for 3 hours for an interier spray of my home and they were still late. This has happened almost every time and they dont do Saturdays. It is impoosible to nail down a time with them that doesnt require me to take time off work they dont do afternoons..Ill be cancelling my service with Truly Nolan.
We had Nolan come out to do a free estimate about a month ago. They said they'd send us the estimate the next day. It never came. I called a week or so ago to ask if we could get it and was told again that someone would call me the next day. No one ever did. I don't want to chase them down anymore so I'll go somewhere else with my business.
UPDATE: Changing review from 1 star to 3. Truly Nolan contacted my husband after seeing this review to discuss the situation. They were very apologetic and made it clear they are doing everything in their power to investigate and make sure this never happens again. They explained that their policy is to offer preventative treatment in a case like ours and that the inspector we had was not acting in accordance with their policies. They gave a direct contact number and encouraged us to reach out if they can do anything else to remedy things.
