He was willing to do alterations that other local seamstresses weren't willing to do. He did an excellent job and was very careful about how he made the adjustments. He made everything clear to me and took extra steps to make sure it was going to be satisfactory for me. I am very happy with the alterations. 4 stars because the business hours don't match what is posted online. Also it wasn't finished when he told me it would be ready. Still "5 Star Service" from this family owned business in the mall. Some of us are built funny with legs that are different sizes from each other and not quite the lengths they sell pants in. This shop has fixed every pair of pants I have purchased for about a decade now and they are all done magnificently. Easy drop off, reasonable turn around times, and excellent service make this place the only shop I will go to for clothing alterations.
