The team that moved our piano was very professional and considerate. We did have a mishap with the piano at one point, but nothing permanent or show stopping. They were apologetic and took care of us at the end of the day. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

Thresher is the only one that I will have move my piano.. don’t book anyone else! We have used them three times, they are always quick, on time and professional! This last time, I couldn’t get a hold of them so I booked someone else. The other company said they couldn’t get the piano out and still charged me for the move even though my piano was back in the same spot. I called Thresher again and booked them for less than 24 hours later. They showed up on time and did what the other company couldn’t do with less people! They know what they are doing and make it look easy.

This is the third time I have used this company. The first two were to move the piano from room to room when we were redoing the floors. Today it was to remove the area rug because we got a new puppy and did not want the rug destroyed. They are always very sharp and efficient, but when they told me they all got raises when Covid hit and no one was laid off, I could see why they attract and keep good employees. Good management should be rewarded.
