Trying to find parts and calling around so I'm not doing a bunch of wasted driving, called and asked about a specific piece they looked it up on the computer, as well as going down to check that it was in the in the aisle on the shelf. So I drove over and they didn't have it, I asked the person that I talked to on the phone they couldn't find it, brought over another employee who couldn't find it and stated they don't normally have anything in that size.
Darren goes above and beyond to help the common person solve their plumbing issues, in turn saving us loads of money on simple projects. Thank you. You’ve made return customers out of us!
