Used for commercial landscape design. We signed up for the maintenance package once the building was open for operations. They arrive on schedule, every week, and do an awesome job for a competitive price. Small enough to feel like a family business, big enough to handle my large project. Nelson from Simplified Landscaping is professional, friendly and has great communication skills. Due to the complex scale and nature of our project, we need a landscape architect/engineer. I suppose my only suggestion would have been to know this upfront vs several months into discussions. Once we engaged with an architect who I found independently, the scope/cost/required disciplines were presented clearly within the first 2 meetings. Overall, should we need to engage with a landscape designer, we will def proceed with Simplified.
