Simplified's receptionist and I talked and exchanged phone calls over several weeks. I had to keep calling them to follow up on a plan for them to come to my property. However, in the end I was told repeatedly that a design would be beyond my $10,000 budget. This was all done through phone calls and the receptionist. No one ever bothered to talk to me about options or come to look at my property. Terrible customer service.

They never return phone calls, or show any interest in helping with your projects. Terrible Customer services. I have a Huge job for them, and they won't even call or show interest in new business. Are they even still working? I can't even give them 1 star, as I have only talked to their receptionist.

I have had quite the different experience as some of the other reviews I find Simplafied landscaping to be honest and friendly and do what they say they're going to do they have landscaped my home in two different locations and have done countless projects for my business at other peoples homes I would recommend them all day long great company great work Great people
