“Wow. Wow. Wow. My sweet Golden Retriever, Sunny, just came home from being groomed and HOLY COW she’s the softest I’ve ever felt her in my life. Like, she’s puppy soft. Her perfectly trimmed and shaped belly and ears brought tears to my eyes. She had surgery a few years ago on her back legs, and her bum fur never grew back the same. I have been sad because she used to have the fluffiest bum. SOMEHOW they got that bum fur to be soft and fluffy again!! Thank you for providing an exceptional service and for making my sweet pup feel safe and loved!“

“We love love LOVE the team here! When we rescued our senior dog he was in rough shape and our usual vet couldn't get him in even after we explained the situation. Birch Creek got him in immediately and took excellent care of him and went above and beyond. The vet even called us while on vacation to give us lab results! Since then, we've transferred our other two dogs' records there and they are consistently patient, can always get us in if we have something urgent come up, and are so sweet to our three dogs even though they HATE going to the vet and can be difficult little patients while there . The vets and techs there also take their time and make sure all questions are answered and give lots of options and information every appointment. They also walked us through every price point and gave us several options of things there as well. Their bedside manner is so great and we are so thankful we found them! (For the record, we have seen multiple providers here, but usually see Richardson or Klar!)“
