Four years ago, they replaced a hot water heater with a six-year warranty. Sunday, we came home from church, and it was cracked and leaking all over the floor. Even though it was a Sunday, they called me back, made arrangements for a service call the next morning. Masen showed up at 9:30 and by 11:00 it was replaced with a new water heater. No charge to us, so they certainly honored the warranty completely. Masen was great, answered all my questions, was very honest, and customer service was terrific. This was our fourth experience with Mike Bachman plumbing, and they have our future business. Thank you!

Fast response. Came out same day to give an estimate at a time convenient for us. Gave a few options and steered us to the one that was most cost efficient for the situation. Installed a new water heater in a very tight spot the very next day. They were right on time and professional and courteous the entire time. Cost was reasonable with no surprise expenses. Works perfectly and we can't be more happy with their service and value. If you are looking for work to be done, call them immediately. You won't be sorry!
