Jake, Tim and the guys are great to work with. All I have to do is explain what I am doing and they pull the correct parts for me and get me set up. Their hands on customer service is appreciated and very unique. They treat contractors and walk-in customers with the same respect.

I went to a few different plumbing stores to get a new bathtub faucet handle valve stem and the employees didn't really know what my valve stem was or which one could replace it. They kept asking me questions I didn't know the answers to. I was getting pretty discouraged.However, when I walked into Ogden Decker Plumbing Supply, as soon as I showed the guy at the desk my old valve stem he immediately identified the brand and the type and grabbed some replacements for me. He even gave me some tips for installation. I was very impressed.

From the 1st time I walked into this place I was treated as any customer would want to be treated. I was given options and honest ideas. Today I walked back in to return parts. It was done with such ease and using a credit card helped me to credit my card. Their system tracks my card by just the last 4 numbers of the card so I didn't need to present card again. I am from Cottonwood Heights and plan on coming back to Deckers for my up coming restoration needs. These guys are great to work with.
