My technician was Garth and he cleaned our upstairs ducts. We have been remodeling the basement so I thought our basement vents would need to be cleaned but he said they were pretty clean. I was so impressed by his integrity - he could have easily charged me for that ! He also offered to turn on our electric fireplace that wasn’t working. He spent a lot of time and didn’t charge me for it !!!! wow !!!!!! Such a great young man !!!!

Chris was on time and efficient in completing his work.He explained clearly what I need to do re; the changing of the filters. And he explained why the heater would cut out sometimes, due to a loose connection that he fixed.Service: Heating system maintenance
