We love love LOVE the team here! When we rescued our senior dog he was in rough shape and our usual vet couldn't get him in even after we explained the situation. Birch Creek got him in immediately and took excellent care of him and went above and beyond. The vet even called us while on vacation to give us lab results! Since then, we've transferred our other two dogs' records there and they are consistently patient, can always get us in if we have something urgent come up, and are so sweet to our three dogs even though they HATE going to the vet and can be difficult little patients while there . The vets and techs there also take their time and make sure all questions are answered and give lots of options and information every appointment. They also walked us through every price point and gave us several options of things there as well. Their bedside manner is so great and we are so thankful we found them! (For the record, we have seen multiple providers here, but usually see Richardson or Klar!)

Dr Sharon Klar was very helpful and our bunnies had very good experiences getting spayed and neutered. They are very knowledgeable about rabbits and helped us give our bunnies great after care.

Very disappointed with my experience here. Staff was very friendly but very carelessly unknowledgeable. Firstly I was told the office visit was $30.00 which it was in fact $50.00. The front office lady admittedly stated she told me it was $30.00 but whoops. She was wrong and they wouldn't adjust. Secondly they charged $35.00 to wipe my cats head with rubbing alcohol as he had a scratch. And $60.00 to give him an over the counter medication I could have purchased from tractor supply for $20.00. An hour and a half for them to tell me what I already knew and to give him a simple anabiotic. Needless to say I won't be coming back here. Or recommending anyone either.
