I have noticed that most of their negative posts were from eight years ago or during the time of COVID-19. The company staffing or worker response has changed or improved over the last eight years. Any negative response from the time of COVID-19 is unrealistic and unfair. Most companies had staffing issues during that time for a variety of reasons.

My interactions with the company have all been positive for the past three years (i.e., the time I have been a customer).

We are new to Ben Lomond Landscape services. However, we have used 3 other well-known providers with lack luster results. With one scheduled treatment, the weeds began to die and our grass began to green up and begin to grow after 2 years of searching and switching companies, looking for one who could could give us the results we desired.

We had them install a sprinkling system approximately 3 years ago. We have had them come back to winterize it every year and have never had a problem. Javier has always been great to work with. They are a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.
