“Transparency!!! I love the Dog Den because of their honesty and transparency about where my dog is. I have a very anxious dog and he does better when I put him in the crate that he will be kept in while there. Other dog grooming and boarding places are so reluctant for me to see beyond the desk and having now seen multiple I can see why they didn’t want me to see that, because it isn’t how us dog owners would want our beloved pets kept.The Dog Den has been the exact opposite. They don’t hide their grooming area, or where the dogs are kept. The people there genuinely love dogs and get to know your doggo.We had our dogs board here, and I loved the webcam access so I could go check on my pups whenever I wanted and see what they were up to. transparency.You might be able to find another groomer that does just as good of a job. But the soft qualities are what make this team stand out. Their love for your dog, their transparency, their kindness, and willingness to help! And do not get me wrong, they do an amazing job!! We love Jordan deshedding our big newfy and our mini American Eskimo. They come home feeling amazing and my vacuum is appreciative.So glad I finally found a place I can trust with my best friends“

“I’m very impressed with backyard boarding! I have an 11 month old puppy and had a planned vacation. I was super nervous to leave him for a week, but I was very impressed with the care he got! “KIND OF A LONG REVIEW.. But a good one...I can't believe I haven't written a review before now.... I have been bringing my dogl Lilly Rose to day care for about 2 1/2 years. Almost daily. She goes crazy once we get off the freeway to wind down the frontage road. Once we're inside, she immediately greets everyone then runs to the door to go play in the back... She loves it!She's been groomed here twice and each time its wonderful. She's short haired so there is no cutting or shaving but she looks so pretty and white and always smells so good.There was a time (before Trina came to Coddled Critters) that I had some issues with management. Nothing terrible and its water under the bridge. Didn't change my mind about the care they give my Lilly girl.Trina and the staff now are on top of their game. You can tell how much they love the animals. They take such good care of my dog. The place is cleaner, smells better, seems more organized and the staff is so friendly.If you're contemplating putting your doggy in day care, or boarding, I highly suggest Coddled Critters.
