“I needed my hair done last minute for a wedding. I called the night before in hopes someone could fit me in! This salon was the ONLY place that could do it so last minute! The owner came in before open to get started so that I wouldn’t be late. I wear extensions and my hair is a super unique color so I’malways nervous the stylist won’t be able to match my extension, but she was the first to PERFECTLY match my color! They also curled my clip in extensions for me and my hair stayed perfect ALL NIGHT.Every one here was super nice, personable, and sweet to every person that walked in.They can do anything here! The owner truly cares about her customers10009% recommend!!!“

“Brandie gave me exactly what I asked for when it comes to my hair. After going to multiple stylists to fix a bad box-dye job, she pulled the orange/red out of my light brown-blonde hair and it's now a light brown golden color, which is exactly what I wanted.“

I really enjoyed the posh environment, and the friendly front desk staff. Beautiful interior and lighting; and comfortable seating. “Holly has done my hair for almost 10 years. She really listens to your hair color and hairstyle needs. My hair always looks and feels amazing when she does my hair. Also, I receive many compliments on my hair as I travel a lot for my profession and need to have my hair looking it's best. I've had my hair short and long plus, have tried different colors at Holly's recommendation. My favorite is having high and low lights with medium/long length and lots of layering. “This review is purely based on customer service and 5 stars is well-deserved. I'm visiting SLC from San Diego and have a head full of bright blue hair. Always the one with commitment issues, I've been sticking with semi-permanent so I can be done whenever I get fed up. Well, semi-permanent bleeds. A lot. And hoo buddy does it stain. Now, I'm comfortable with the stain-bleach-stain-bleach cycle with my tub, but I wasn't comfortable doing it to a friend's. I'd banked on them having a stainless steel kitchen sink, but nope! I was looking at 5 days of just dry shampoo. Now, 5 days of dry shampoo might work in San Diego, but if you so much as fart in Salt Lake you're sweating (while somehow drying out like jerky - it's really quite something). Ya'll, this place is too hot. As Peggy Hill once said of Phoenix, "It's a monument to man's arrogance!" *shakes fist at sky* I only made it 3 days before frantically searching for a salon. I found Steven Robertson on Yelp, shot them a message explaining the situation and requested a wash. They called me within the hour and told me to come on down. I walked the mile and half to the salon (why, why did I walk?!), so I rolled up a sweaty mess. I was a little anxious I'd get some weird looks, but the sweet girl knew who I was when I walked in ( maybe the blue hair tipped her off? :P ), sat me right down, and got me all washed. Sweet baby jesus, I've never been so happy to have clean hair. She even shared an important tip about green dye and saved me from months of Sewer Water™ hair. Being the hot mess that I was, I completely missed her name, but I can only imagine that everyone there was just as sweet and helpful as her. If I lived here, I wouldn't hesitate to book any and all hair appointments at this salon. (And it smells nice in there. Bonus points.)“

I had Alyssa do my makeup two times now and for this event it was in February and she made me feel like a doll!
