A team from Pond's Plumbing installed a new water heater for us a couple of days ago. They were on time, pleasant, clear about the pricing, and did a good job - I was happy with the work. (I meant to get their names but neglected to. One of the two technicians had to leave before the job was done, but Pond's arranged for a third person to show up so there was a clean handoff and the work was not interrupted. I was impressed with that.)
Luke Allred installed a new kitchen faucet and a new toilet for us today. He was prompt, friendly, and did excellent work. I was very happy with the results. We have used Pond's for years and they have always done a great job.
Tim Rice and his assistant Louis did an excellent job repairing my furnace. They were on time, did the work promptly, and kept me well informed of the diagnosis and needed repairs. I was happy with the work and will continue to use Pond's Plumbing for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs.
Michael Bautista Tovar from Pond's Plumbing came today to replace some valves under our kitchen sink and to assess a problem with our water shutoff valve. He was efficient and pleasant - we were very happy with his work.
Once they were informed to come to my apartment by the property management company, they were quick and efficient. They had to order a new water heater but it got to them petty quickly. They even came earlier than expected to install it.

Utah food services can do it all from grab and go easy box lunches to hand served fine dining. They have a price point for every budget. I can't tell you how many weddings I have gone to that they have blown out of the park. You want it they can do it from taco stations to buffets. They can accommodate even the pickiest of eaters. Tiffany and Josh are amazing to work with. They really listen and take care of all your needs. The managers are so easy to work with as well. I love Chris, Diego and Kersdon. The staff is amazing and always so helpful. If I do an event in Utah they are the 1st people I call.
I’m very impressed with backyard boarding! I have an 11 month old puppy and had a planned vacation. I was super nervous to leave him for a week, but I was very impressed with the care he got! It was great knowing I could text as many times as needed to check in on my dog. Backyard hoarding did an amazing job taking care of my Freddy boy! He can home super happy! I will for sure use them again for my next trip.
Needed a new place to get my hair cut. Stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon, got a fresh cut and was on my way. Reasonably priced, unique vibe inside with vintage style barber chairs and such and the gentlemen cutting was friendly (I didn't catch his name) and the cut looks great

We just needed fire glass for our personal outdoor fireplace. We called Alpine and they said they would be happy to sell it to us but it would be at an upcharge and there wouldn't be as many colors and options as the supplier would have. Their supplier is a national wholesaler and right here in Utah, they make the glass local here in their warehouse which I LOVED! Anything local I'll go for.
When I showed up to their warehouse, these people were amazing and so kind! Even though I was average Joe general public and wasn't going to be buying in bulk like regular distributors, they treated me like I was royalty! I loved working with these guys! They were so freaking fantastic. Their prices were decent and their colors and choices were endless! They let me play with all the combinations I could ever want and think of. Then they pulled all the glass and brought it out to my car and loaded it. The quality is amazing in our fireplace And you can tell it's going to last! We know a lot of contractors and I am going to be sending everyone I know their way! Best experience!

Use this company! We had an elevator that so many elevator companies tell us was going to cost us $3,000 just to get somebody out and that they were probably going to shut it down anyway. This company came out and did the assessment and fixed need elevator within a week of our call. No fear-mongering or threatening elevator pressure like we had seen in the past. Very friendly and extremely helpful! Definitely making this our elevator company for life.
30% of food goes to waste in the US, let’s do better and dispose it properly. Grateful I live close by I can drop off my compost.

I needed my hair done last minute for a wedding. I called the night before in hopes someone could fit me in! This salon was the ONLY place that could do it so last minute! The owner came in before open to get started so that I wouldn’t be late. I wear extensions and my hair is a super unique color so I’malways nervous the stylist won’t be able to match my extension, but she was the first to PERFECTLY match my color! They also curled my clip in extensions for me and my hair stayed perfect ALL NIGHT.Every one here was super nice, personable, and sweet to every person that walked in.They can do anything here! The owner truly cares about her customers10009% recommend!!!

They were very prompt and service was great. Customer service (person answering phone) was very helpful. Customer service is clearly lacking since covid in most industries. Intermountain tow had HELPFUL people on the phone helping with all the details. They also gave me a very accurate quote on the phone prior to service.
We hired All Seasons Landscaping to redesign and replace an existing railroad tie retaining wall and prepare our parking strips for xeriscaping at our home in Salt Lake City. We couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process was a positive experience - Kevin (the owner) was professional, responsive, and friendly. The crew on our project, Lupe and Francisco, were hardworking, detail oriented, and communicated with us on a daily basis about our ideas for our yard. They were approachable, easy to talk to, and put in long hours to complete our project on schedule. We had shopped around before choosing All Seasons and their bid was both competitve and completely fair. The project stayed within the estimate and we know we got our money's worth.

We built a 1000+ bottle wine room, and Paul was our rep. We purchased a split system cooling unit and redwood racking. He listened to what we were looking for, made suggestions and proposed a great design that we really liked. We made a few adjustments and he was very responsive After the installation, we were short several pieces, and Paul sent it out immediately, no questions asked and at no additional cost. We've been very happy and would certainly recommend them.

Very quick and professional. Even came on a Saturday, when I was expecting to have to wait until after the weekend. Had a pretty serious wasp nest in the ground, and after trying several times to handle it myself over a period of a couple weeks, they were able to resolve it in less than 24 hours with one attempt. Highly recommend and would use them again.

KIND OF A LONG REVIEW.. But a good one...I can't believe I haven't written a review before now.... I have been bringing my dogl Lilly Rose to day care for about 2 1/2 years. Almost daily. She goes crazy once we get off the freeway to wind down the frontage road. Once we're inside, she immediately greets everyone then runs to the door to go play in the back... She loves it!She's been groomed here twice and each time its wonderful. She's short haired so there is no cutting or shaving but she looks so pretty and white and always smells so good.There was a time (before Trina came to Coddled Critters) that I had some issues with management. Nothing terrible and its water under the bridge. Didn't change my mind about the care they give my Lilly girl.Trina and the staff now are on top of their game. You can tell how much they love the animals. They take such good care of my dog. The place is cleaner, smells better, seems more organized and the staff is so friendly.If you're contemplating putting your doggy in day care, or boarding, I highly suggest Coddled Critters. Stop by, take a look around, check out the kennels and talk with Trina. I'm sure you will be pleased. Their wonderful with the dogs!
