I honestly don't get why this place has such a bad rating! My apartment flooded last week and they came that night to get the water out of my carpets. They were so friendly, so considerate and kept us up to date on how much moisture was in our carpet. They were very careful with our items and moved all of our books out of one room. Thank you so much guys, I appreciate it.
