Happy New Year Darrell and to the medical staff of UPRI thank you for a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish today, However today was unexpected courtesy call from Kathleen she was reaching out to those who lived south of Thanksgiving point that there was high traffic on the I-15 due to an accident hoping to catch me before heading to my appointment so i could make adjustments to my route thanks for going above and beyond your job duty.. Always excellent care & fantastic, empathetic, very knowledgeable Drs, PAs & staff. The receptionists are all so very kind.Idk how there's so many negative reviews. If you have acute, chronic pain & you're honest with them, they treat you wonderfully & do everything to help you.They use several treatment options that all work together to make sure the patient's pain is as manageable as possible.
