“We have had a major picture window replaced this year and the final portion was the painting, We asked Brian to finish our project. He did an excellent job of making final touch up repairs, recommendations to the kind of paint and the number of coats to give it a classy look. It really turned out first class! Along the way we had other projects that came up, repainting around our entryway door, repairing and painting the frames around our garage doors, as well as painting the accent stucco around the doors upon Brian's recommendation . It really made the house stand out much better. We have a mason stucco wall around our courtyard which he was also able to repair and resurface.

“I have used Rafael Viana multiple times at both my own and at a rental property. He and his staff did a variety of things such as hang heavy duty garage racks, fix some electrical switches, earthquake proof a water heater, etc. etc.He was absolutely fantastic, did high quality work, and was easy to work with. “I was referred to this company for service on my air conditioner and had read the reviews and wasn’t feeling very confident with them. When the technician arrived I told him I wasn’t pleased with all the negative reviews. He introduced himself (Tony) and explained he was now the new owner and he had laid off all of the technicians that had worked with this company. He was doing all of the repairs himself until he could find well qualified personnel. He was right on time 11am on Monday. Determined what the problem was and submitted his recommendation to Choice before he left my home. He called me Wednesday morning and said he had not received approval from Choice. I sent Choice a message and explained that we were awaiting their go ahead. I had barely sent the message and Tony called and said he had received approval and asked if I was going to be home and he was on his way. He fixed the air conditioner and checked the vents inside. Claim was submitted; analyzed and repaired within five days. Tony is very pleasant and professional. I hope he and his company succeeds! Customer satisfaction all the way.“

Good thing Bob checked out the handrail because one piece of hardware was broken! “Yin and Yang Construction offered smooth, highly professional and very satisfactory experience in remodeling our bathroom. They replaced a contractor drop-in all-in-one enclosure with a beautiful tiled bath and closet Crystal and Phil were a pleasure to work with. She was timely with all communication, their bid was reasonable, and their master craftsman Phil was amazing. And they were very gracious in accommodating my wife's allergies during construction.
