Used elite for several years and they were good initially but over time our tax filing became later each year. The last couple of years they couldn't get them done until late fall - after our business paid for the extension. Then there were errors which cost us fines plus fees due to the months that had accumulated with no accountability from elite. I think they have trouble hiring/keeping competent help, got over extended and couldn't keep up with the workload and didn't tell anyone. Elite accountants helped me resolve a serious tax problem that had been burdening me for years. I didn't know what it was from. They researched the problem, found what it was from and amended my tax returns to solve the problem. Which was stuff that h&r couldn't find or refused to help me with over the previous three tax years. Also, this tax year (2010) I needed my reurns finished by a short deadline. Elite accountants had my. Returns done in 5 days. They are the best and much more affordable than any other tax service I've found

I called and talked with Christy. Trying to determine if this firm does what we need, I told her what we have already done--not much but purchase Quik Books on the cloud. She said, first of all, we are not taking new clients. If you are looking for an accounting firm, this is not it.
