Lauren is amazing - efficient, fun to talk to, and skilled. For a newbie, I had a positive experience with the laser hair removal on my lower legs and it seems to have been effective so far.

Lauren is incredible! She’s kind, patient, helped me navigate a bit of a booking crisis, and she took wonderful care of me during the appt. Highly recommend. I’ve been to 3 different laser establishments and I’ve been most impressed at Genesis.
