I called today and was able to reach Brady. I told him it was my mother in laws house but she had my granddaughter there and the ac had quit working and it was 88° inside the house. I asked if he had any suggestions on what I could look for after describing the issue and he walked me through location and amperage of fuse and also the thermostat and how to diagnose a short. He did not want to leave the house that hot with a child and thanks to Brady I was able to find the problem with his guidance and help and the house is now on its way to cooling down. Had a very old, out of code, non-working fireplace. I went to several places got several quotes and outlandish responses to what would need to be done for my renovation. After months of searching I stumbled on Bills Comfort Systems. They actually offered the best prices, best work, no BS, across the board clear quote. I picked what I wanted most and have never looked back. I can't explain how much I love my new fireplace! It's smart settings to automatically kick on when the house drops to a certain temp is so cool. It flows heat through the house even though it's not the main heating system.
