Helpful service reps, but their refund policy is from the Stone Age!I purchased a small leader hose for about $12. It was the wrong one and it needed an adaptor, which of course, they did not have in stock. Asked for a refund, and it "has to go through corporate". I am still waiting for my refund "check", and once it comes, I will then have to go to the bank to cash it!! One purchase, and it has wasted at least 4+ hours of my time.I am a local and I can tell you this is not the way to do business. I will never shop here again.

Needed a generator in a pinch while vacationing out in Moab. This place was so friendly and helpful. Not only did they help me pick one out and load it into my UTV -- but a month later when I needed the receipt that I foolishly had thrown away, Brandon, the store Manager, went to the trouble to find it within their system and email it to me.

Very friendly and helpful employees. They have a pretty good stock of plumbing stuff. I'd give them 5 stars if that stuff wasn't so expensive. It seems like a big racket to me. But people have to make money somewhere, so I don't suppose I blame them. It seems kind of cold when you know people who are struggling have no choice but to pay it if they have some kind of trouble with their pipes. But the store is nice and clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
