I have only amazing things to say about this place. While I usually go in for acupuncture, yesterday I decided to try a private cranial sacral therapy session with Aubree, and it was a beautiful experience. What is cranial sacral, you ask? I'd compare it to a blend of reiki and massage, though the touch is very light. Aubree was thoughtful in her approach and allowed me to process some deep emotions during our session. I'd highly recommend this type of therapy to anyone who struggles with chronic pain and headaches! I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first but Aubree is the real deal and I'll certainly be returning!

First time ever having acupuncture. I was a bit nervous but that made me feel very comfortable. Explain the process and asked questions to find out what to concentrate on. It was painless and very relaxing. I will be going back.
