Ryan and his team removed a 50 year old tar and gravel roof and replaced it with a new TPO roof. In addition, soffit and fascia were replaced. The quality of the roof installation, attention to detail and finished product exceeded expectations. Ryan communicated with me regularly, kept me posted on the progress throughout the project and the job was completed on time and on budget. Our office building roof began to leak late on a Friday afternoon and the weather forecast called for rain for the next week. Utah Roofing and Exteriors was able to have a crew onsite to deal with our immediate problem within a couple of hours. There were several small issues that needed attention, but they got the leaking stopped on Friday and returned on Monday morning to complete the needed repairs. Fast and professional service!
