Larra is the best!!! I have a high stress job and spend a lot of time in front of my computer. She has helped me improve my posture providing short term and long term relief of neck and back pain and headaches.

Larra is incredibly knowledgable when it comes to what your body is needing. I've had her do some work on my frozen shoulder and she knows exactly when to stretch, massage, pull, etc. She has helped to improve my ROM and overall health and well being. She listens and adjusts your treatment specifically to what you and your body need. Highly recommend.

Amazing personal one-on-one service that I have never experienced at any other facility I will continue to go back year after year and month after month because of that amazing service she truly loves her job and you can't get any better service with somebody who enjoys their job

The goal of my practice of Massage and Structural Integration and Scar Tissue work is to help improve each individuals performance and ability to achieve their goals, by helping their body be more efficient, balanced, and at ease. For some this may be met with massage to help keep the muscles and tissue healthy and free of stress and tension. Through the work of Dr Rolf’s method of Structural Integration we can improve the body’s alignment and balance and eliminate holding patterns and chronic pain. I also offer focused scar tissue work, this is a very gentle method to help new and old scars diminish and allow the tissue more freedom.
