Hello. I visited the eye center on June 6, 2023, with my new prescription to examine the options for new set of glasses. I met with Kyle Schons (Vision Center Manager), Kyle was quite helpful in setting up what would be the right frames and lenses. I placed the order, and was notified in 4 days that my order was ready, made a visit for fit and adjustment. In about 3-4 weeks then after, I noted that there were some issue with lenses of sun glasses, so I went back to store and Kyle was there at that time, again, he was eager to help me to resolve the issue, and replacing the frame and lenses with a better quality option and credited me with the price difference. I was way pleased with the service I received from Walmart Vision Center in Midvale, Utah. I needed an eye exam ($60), and new bifocals, computer glasses and sunglasses ($360). It's a busy location with a lot of activity, and the friendly, multi-tasking staff was patiently attentive to multiple customers at the same time without seeming rushed. The optometrist, Dr. Mina _?_ , was very personable and professional. I liked how efficiently she did my exam, working quickly with a skilled confidence, but not in a hurried or cursory way. I could not be more happy with the results I got from Dr. Marizel Derby. I went from not being able to see anything clearly with scratched and swollen eyes from previous contact lenses I was using to having almost perfect vision. I walked in and was able to leave within an hour including wait. She is easy to talk to, very helpful, understanding, and I trust her completely with my eyes! Definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone. Thanks Dr. Derby :)
