I got my appointment mixed on my calendar and the receptionist was kind and generous. She contacted staff “Anthony” and asked if the Dr was still available. I was in seeing qualified staff including Knox within 15-minutes. Cool.
The hygienist with whom I was scheduled called out sick. The clinic staff was able to complete my cleaning/exam, so I didn't need to schedule. I appreciate their quick regrouping and providing truly exceptional patient care. Dr. Bidikov and Carrie were amazing; professions and friendly.
I had a very good experience with Dr. Shakeri. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt personally cared for by the doctor during my visit. All my questions were answered and the doctor also suggested specific tests for me based on my background.
