After a little difficulty getting my calls returned (that's why I'm giving Thornton four stars), I finally got someone out to fix the valves and control board for my boiler.
Dell came out to do the work and the guy did an amazing job. He was easy to work with, knew what he was doing and answered my questions until I understood the problems and the remedies. He isn't the cheapest hot water heat guy on the Wasatch Front, but he's the one I will always call for boiler work in my home. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results! Thanks, Dell!

I called them because I couldn't get hold of a business Across the street from them, and the young lady who answered the phone was kind enough to get them to call me back. When she answers the phone she was polite and friendly, and patiently listened to me. If they are as good at plumbing and heating, and listening to their own customers as they were with me, I'd recommend them to anyone.

At our annual service, the technician was confused because he was incorrectly reading one of our gauges. A part was left outside the broiler, near the system. After a quick phone call, Ken Barney returned my questions and verified that the system had been serviced correctly.Service: HVAC system maintenance
