I'm rating this business as 2 stars because they got the job done, quickly and correctly. They were also the only business that I could get out the next day to fix my furnace.My problem was with the difference between what they told me they would do and what they did. And my second problem is with their price structure.They charged me $79 just to get out to my house. That's a bit higher than the other places in town, but they were able to get out the next day where the other shops were scheduling a week out. The most honest and helpful people. The technition gave me a few ideas I could try myself to fix my air conditioner compressor. He walked me through it for two days and I was able to fix it on my own and he didn't even charge me for his advice and council. They will be at the top of my list for any future projects and will definitely refer them to all my friends and family.

This an excellent company. They have been prompt in coming to my home to fix my furnace or air conditioner. Taylor spends the time to throughly check the problem and the correctly diagnose the problem. He is professional and is always welcome in my home. Thanks you Rocky Mountain Air. You are the very best!
