The guy didn't even attempt to pick the basic doorknob lock and went straight to drilling it. He didn't ask if I wanted a new doorknob, just put a cheap one on and charged about 10 times what it was worth. I was also told I'd receive a quote/estimate, but I wasn't given any estimate and the invoice I was given was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than I was expecting. If I had known it would be so expensive, I would have figured out another way to get in to my house. The invoice I was given had basically the same labor charge added 4 times, had a cheap doorknob that cost $180, and charged at least $50 for the keys that came with the doorknob. My total bill ended up being $529.47.

Ripped my 87 Year mother off for 769.00 to remove the lock from the storm door ,said it would cost 1500 to replace the mechanism , found it at Lowes for 59 bucks , watch out for Eddie ! He is very nice and will take advantage of anyone in need

Website says they "provide the full price prior to booking," I'll save you the time and let you know that they won't tell you it's actually $250 and you'd be better off walking to the store and buying a wire hanger for that price. Felt like they did as much as they could to hide the cost and I didn't realize I was being overcharged until they were done
