I have had a great experience working with Jeff and his staff. I struggled for many years with migraines, low energy, and hair loss. Despite getting “comprehensive” blood work done multiple times a year and seeing many doctors, I never had any luck finding help for my symptoms. After meeting with Jeff and doing the blood panel, I saw just how many tests were being left out of my previous panels and finally received insight into why I felt so horrible. I have been so impressed with Jeff Pollock and his staff. They truly care and have done wonders for me in a short time. I wish I would have gone to him years ago! Don’t hesitate, they know what they are doing. I will never let any one but a hormone specialist work with me again. I have wasted years of my life feeling horrible and within 3 months after seeing Jeff the first time I feel much better and know I will be doing even better once we get dialed in. I came to Genesys about a year ago and worked with Jeff Pullock. Though at this point on my health journey I found that hormone therapy wasn’t the right thing, I have to speak to the integrity of Jeff and his staff; they went to great lengths to make sure my concerns were validated and I was taken care of. It’s not every day you come across people and a business like theirs. Though the timing of hormone therapy ended up not being for me, I know people who have had incredible experiences and results with Genesys and Jeff, and I would confidently seek them out again in the future if I find myself in a position to try it again.
