The plumber spent less than 10 minutes on diagnosing a water leak in my basement. I was told it was an exterior water leak. After sealing my basement walls, the leak was unresolved. I finally called a real plumbing company, who quickly located a damaged sewer line.I would strongly suggest you hire a more reputable plumber. The cost of a misdiagnosis is not worth the risk. I lost flooring, furniture, and wasted money on unnecessary repairs.
