Very pleased with the prompt and friendly service. Very informative and clean. Thanks so much to Blake. I loved that they sent me a picture of the technician they were sending before he arrived.
Blake was great. Came across as professional, amiable, and honest. Realized our situation financially and did as much as he could (solved the current problem) without trying pressure or scare us into paying for more than we could. Gave quotes for additional work and you can bet they will be the first ones we call when we’ve saved up the money to move forward!
1st American provided honest and thorough emergency service on a Saturday. I was sent a link to show me who the tech would be and a map to see his location and when he would arrive. They discussed my options with me, made sure everything was up to code, and showed me how everything worked. Call them for a fair price and excellent service.
