We had a Generac generator installed and received excellent, professional service from Kayden and Thomas. They clearly explained the details of the install and answered all of our questions. Will use them again in the future.
Would be give 5 stars but the gentleman I talked to I initially didn't actually dispatch a tech like he said he would. Had to wait an extra day and night with it 80 degrees in the house. The tech that came by this morning did a great job. Got everything covered under the warranty.
I was having trouble with one of my zones not receiving air conditioning. Yes sent out one of their technicians to help me. He was extremely professional and thorough. He thought he had diagnosed the problem, but knowing that the solution might be invasive, he asked if it would be OK if he came back another day with another technician to get a second opinion. I really appreciate that, and when they came back they were able to find a different problem that didn’t require an invasive solution. They were very honest with me about what they were seeing, and didn’t try and pressure me into paying for something I didn’t need.
