“Good service and very friendly, it is preferable to go with an appointment since sometimes there are many people, the place is nice and clean, I would give 5 stars but the reason why this is not the case is that sometimes they charge 20 and other times 25 for the same person That is, my wife and she has short hair, they should establish fixed rates since then they do not give the opportunity to leave a tip to the stylist who attends.“

With that being said I value being asked what are you looking for today, not following what a piece of paper says and really learn what my likes and dislikes are and taking the time to give a haircut I like. I do NOT like if I’m put in a chair hair shaved and takes 5 minute and feel like your only job is to get me out of the store fast as possible. That’s not how you should run a business. Getting a haircut takes time and building valuable relationships with a hairstylist, I love all the hair stylists here and appreciate them taking care of me.
You can’t put time on quality if you rush and make mistakes because your meeting quotas you’re going to make customers mad and lose business. I haven’t had any issues with west valley location, just don’t rush the process ;)“
