amazing, knowledgeable, honest, and professional! I would recommend them for your television needs. Helped me troubleshoot a dead LG television.

Took a TV in for repair, they told me the TV had a backlight error and I should just throw it away. After a bit of google searching, I was able to reset the TV in the menus and it works fine! Do not trust them to repair your electronics, they do a half assed assessment. Bought a TV from them 2 years ago for $300. For another 100 I could have gotten a brand new TV. The TV has a poor quality image and high latency. Definitely an older model, overpriced for what it was. Would not recommend buying electronics from them. Shop elsewhere.
