Jim has come out to seat both of our toilets on separate occasions and he has done a phenomenal job! After we somewhat ignorantly embarked on a DIY flooring project, we messed up a few things and also discovered that our homebuilders had done things in some unconventional ways. Jim was able to immediately know what to do to remedy the issues and was quick to fit us in both times! Not only is his pricing fair, but the peace of mind that comes with knowing it's been done right is worth every penny!
